I moved to Portugal in 2000 without speaking a word of Portuguese – just a suitcase, a sense of humour, and a gut feeling that life would be better by the sea. It was. Over 20 years later, I’m still here – and in that time, I’ve become fluent in the language, fully immersed in the culture, and focused on helping others make the same move (with a lot less hassle).

Following a career in finance at the Bank of Scotland and Bank of Ireland, I transitioned into real estate in Lagos Portugal – starting in Quinta do Lago before falling for Lagos and making it home in 2004. This coastal town, full of charm and character, was exactly where I was meant to be.

These days, I work as both an estate agent and a dedicated buyer’s agent – helping people not just sell their homes, but find the right one too.
